Authenticated:
Confidence starts with knowing exactly what you’re buying. Every watch is individually authenticated by Robin Henry Watches before being offered for sale. We assess the watch, its reference and components, with particular attention given to originality and period correct details on vintage and neo-vintage pieces. Every watch is also checked against The Watch Register, the world’s largest database of lost and stolen watches.

Prepared:
Every watch is prepared before we’re prepared to put our name behind it. Every RHW Assured watch is individually inspected and mechanically assessed before sale. Where a watch requires servicing, maintenance or other preparation, this is carried out before it reaches its next owner. With vintage and neo-vintage watches, preparation isn’t about making an old watch look new. Originality, condition and period correct components can be an important part of what makes a watch special, and preserving them is central to our approach.

Documented:
The details matter. Every RHW Assured watch comes with its own RHW Assured card, documenting the watch and the assurance behind it. Alongside this, you’ll receive its Watch Register certificate and all original boxes, papers, service records and accessories included with that particular watch. The condition, service history and contents of every watch are clearly described before you buy.

Our relationship with the watch doesn’t end when yours begins. Every RHW Assured watch is backed by our 12 month warranty and ongoing aftersales support. If your watch needs attention after purchase, you deal directly with us.
