RHW Assured

Every watch sold by Robin Henry Watches is supplied to our RHW Assured standard:

Authenticated · Prepared · Documented · Guaranteed

Every watch is guaranteed authentic.

Unless a qualifying manufacturer warranty is already in place, every watch includes a 12 month Robin Henry Watches warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers faults with the watch or movement arising during normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, water damage, or damage to the crystal, crown, winding stem, pushers, strap or bracelet.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, pre owned and vintage watches should not be considered waterproof and we do not guarantee water resistance.

The Robin Henry Watches warranty applies to the original purchaser only. It will be void if the watch or movement is opened, altered or worked on by an unauthorised third party.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Watch Condition

Our watches may be vintage, pre owned or unworn, and their condition will vary accordingly.

Please review the description and photographs carefully before purchasing. Any visible marks or characteristics clearly shown in the photographs form part of the description.

If you would like further information or photographs of a watch before purchasing, please ask.

For privacy and security, serial numbers or other identifying details may be obscured in photographs.

In Store Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on purchases made in person.

You may return an in store purchase within 3 days for a credit note, provided it is returned in the same condition and with everything originally supplied.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months and can be used towards any future watch purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a watch is faulty or not as described.

Online Returns

You may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason. You must notify us within this period and return the watch within a further 14 days.

You may inspect the watch as you reasonably would in a shop. If it has been worn or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and this has reduced its value, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from your refund to reflect that reduction in value.

The watch must be returned with all boxes, papers, spare links and accessories supplied with it.

You are responsible for returning the watch using appropriate tracked and insured shipping.

Special Orders

A special order is a watch sourced specifically for you at your request and agreed in person.

Once a special order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind, as we purchase the watch specifically to fulfil your order.

Any deposit taken against an agreed special order is non refundable if you subsequently cancel.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the watch is faulty or materially not as described.

Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and payment must be received in GBP.

We accept bank transfer, major debit and credit cards, PayPal and cash, subject to applicable limits and requirements.

Collection & Delivery

We offer complimentary collection or personal delivery in Guernsey and Jersey. Watches can also be collected from our locations in St Peter Port or St Helier by arrangement.

Worldwide insured shipping is available. International DHL insured delivery is £150, unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for any VAT, GST, import taxes, customs duties or other charges payable in their destination.

Insurance Valuations

Insurance valuations are complimentary for watches purchased from Robin Henry Watches.

Valuations for other watches are available for £50 per watch.
